Any student with a bachelor degree in science, humanities, management, engineering, and other equivalent courses from recognized institutions are eligible to apply for the MDevS. Besides fulfilling basic academic requirements, the candidates should appear in an entrance examination and viva voce to qualify for the admission.


The final application should include a completed application form, original migration certificate, two letters of recommendations, certified copies of university certificates and other academic records, latest curriculum vitae, and a copy of citizenship.



The CDS has plan to offer partial tuition fee waive to one or more students from dalit, poor, indigenous or tribal groups. Besides, the CDS will assist the deserving students to get scholarship or patronage from other sources. For that, students have to fill up the appropriate form and apply separately.



Annual program fee for the Nepalese nationals is NRs. 140,000 (tuition, field work, seminar etc) whilst such program fee for South Asian nationals is NRs. 180,000, and international students US$ 4,000.
